項目主要建設有江北國際建材物流基地，集建材家具、高端商務辦公樓、購物中心、
精品美食街、園區公寓樓、倉儲區和配套設施等于一體的現代國際物流園，目標是
打造安徽乃至華東地區最具影響力的物流園區之一。

Briefs: The project occupy 375 mu area with the building area 352,800㎡, the investment is about
1.5 billion. The majority of this project is Jiangbei International Decoration Materials Base, which integrate
decoration materials, high-end office, shopping mall, food street, apartment, warehouse and relevant
facilities, aimed to be the most powerful logistics center in Anhui and even the east China.
